My Dad finally got around to calling tiscap/tiscrapi/discali/tiscali/what-ever-the-fuck-you-want-to-call-them. Aparently, even though the option to upgrade to 2MB was there on their upgrade page, our line is too old/fucked to support it *rants about dickheads who dug up the street and fucked our line in the first place*. So,
1.wtf didnt tiscali tell us this?
2. why does BTs line checker tell us we can
3. wtf does a freind of mine who lives miles from the exchange get 2mb?...
